I am so fucking sick of this retarded slogan aimed at the mouth breathers that unfortunately make up such a large percentage of the voting public. "Vote For Change". Okay, so what's the fucking big change I'm voting for? Or am I voting for a small change, or perhaps just a minor shift in policy, but a change nonetheless. Or suppose there's no incumbent seeking re-election - in that case we're already voting for a fucking change since there's nothing else to vote for.

You see this shit everywhere, but what does it really mean? Of course, I as well as any other conservative knows it's a Democrat strategy aimed at seducing uninformed voters to decide with their emotions and not their brains. But - once again - what is the change you're voting for? That's the question you need to ask. Remember - not all change is good, and some of the worst politicians and leaders in history have been elected on the basis of change.
| Jimmy Carter | Elected to move the country away from the 'tyranny' of the Nixon administration. Succeeded in causing a massive gas shortage, turning our ally Iran into an enemy, and continues to side with terrorists against American interests to this day. |
| Fidel Castro | While not necessarily 'voted in', Castro was installed as leader of Cuba because the people wanted change - a change to socialism. Now the once prosperous Cuba has it's people sneaking out any which way they can to escape the poverty and tyranny. |
| Adolf Hitler | The German people had simply had enough of allowing foreigners and immigrants come into their country and run roughshod over their economy. So they elected Hitler, who promptly murdered as many Jews as he could. |
If you're actually going to take the time to go stand in the heat of some run down municipal building to vote, why not at least understand a little about the person you're voting for? That bullshit slogan is everywhere this election year, as Democrats all over the country attempt to glom on to Barack Obama's coat tails. Shit, since Bush's two terms are up there's gonna be a change anyway - especially considering Obama's opponent is more like him than Bush, there's nothing really exciting or unique about the slogan.
So what are the changes that Obama suggests? Let's see:
